Partly-printed vellum DS, signed “George R.,” one page, 13.5 x 9.5, March 1, 1794. King George appoints Alexander Rofs of the 14th Reg't of Foot as "Lieutenant Colonel." Signed in the upper left corner by the king, with original blue stamp affixed to left side. In very good condition,light staining, and one original seal.
