This is a very rare signed 1883 document from Theodore Roosevelt. The condition does have some issues it has been attached to an album page does have some chipping and small tears on some of the edges. This early Roosevelt signed document as Captain of the New York National Guard for a Charles W. Wilson who just enlisted. We have not seen this type of document come to market before.
