4 language ships papers, signed with large signature by President John Tyler, for provisions for a Whaling Voyage, at one time was countersigned by Daniel Webster, now a Webster signature has been substituted in original spot.document does have problems, staining where once folded, some chipping and cut out portion where Websters signature once resided.
