Partly Printed Document Signed, James Monroe, as President, one page, 13.25" x 9.5", November 27, 1820, City of Washington. Territory of Arkansas Land Grant for William Collins, a private in Hickman's Corps of Riflemen. Marginal wear, minor foxing and small loss at folds. Near fine condition with seal intact and a dark presidential signature. Also signed by Josiah Meigs, Commissioner of the General Land Office.
