A rare Franklin D. Roosevelt Extradition as President,

A very rare Partly-printed DS as President, one page, 10.5” x 16”, October 27th, 1933. An extradition document issued from the Franklin D Roosevelt as President to Frank G. Shemanske and John R Machlik, where as it appears by information in due form by me received that Albert Viggers charge with the crime of murder is a fugitive from the justice of the United states supposed to have taken refuge in Canada. Signed at the conclusion by Roosevelt, and countersigned by Cordell Hull Secretary of State. The seal remains affixed to the lower left. In very good condition.
