Vintage black-and-white 8 x 10 studio still signed in fountain pen by Una O’Connor, her signature boldly penned across the upper left portion of the image. The photograph depicts a scene from RKO Radio Pictures’ Banjo (1947), showing Sharyn Moffett (left) alongside O’Connor in her role as the understanding housekeeper.

The verso retains its original RKO Radio Pictures, Inc. purple studio stamp and affixed typed caption reading in part:

“B-8 – ON PROBATION – Sharyn Moffett (left) tries to smile her way into the affection of a strange relative with whom she is to make her home… the understanding housekeeper is Una O’Connor.”
