Unlike his routine small lab notes, this one is 8"xll" on Edison's "penny tablet" paper With the customary browning (uneven) and slight paper loss at edges. But the content is great. Despite the inventor's tin ear, he insisted on selecting much of the music to be recorded, to the chagrin of his associates. But in this directive to "Moore" (Sherwood T. Moore, his record production man) the tables are turned as he says, "Boys have a tune &: record in which voice is double all the way through/it's awful.." Though most of these were signed simply "E", on this one he has signed the full "Edison"
