Madison signed land grant dated February 26,1813 for a Benjamin Templer a Lieutenant Colonel for three years. Parchment document 11.75"x16.5" in fine condition. The writing is quite legible and with a nice signeure by james Madison. The grant is for lands lying north west of the river Ohio, between Little Miami and Sciota.
