Benjamin Harrison ALS

This ALS was written by Harrison to General Benjamin F. Tracy in reference to getting together. Tracy was Harrison's secretary of war in Harrison's administration. The letter does have some condition issues with a missing piece through the center just intruding on Harrison's signature in the first name portion although mostly intact and otherwise in good condition.
