Connecticut Treasury Office Unissued, Double-Paned Transfer Certificate 1789. A wonderful piece of Connecticut history, these certificates certified the transfer of old notes for new notes. A fine example that is double-paned, unnumbered, uncut, and unissued. It was signed by Jedediah Huntington, an American general in the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War, as treasurer. In fine condition.
