Jimmy Carter Letter (Great Content)

CARTER, JIMMY. Interesting White House letter to His Majesty Juan Carlos I, King of Spain thanking him and the people of Spain for their hospitality. He also thanks him for the lovely bronze statue of a deer. A very fine letter. Carter signed this, but had it retyped because he felt the need to strike through “deer” and write below “It’s a stag.” Fortunately, the first version was retained and is offered here.
