Jesse Lasky autograph, signed "Dad," in ink on typed letter (TLS), official letterhead, 1942. Addressed to his son, the writer/poet Jesse Laskey Jr. Wonderful content offering an insight into the inner workings of the early days of Hollywood. In very good condition with light wear and fold lines.
Jesse Louis Lasky (September 13, 1880 - January 13, 1958) was an American pioneer motion picture producer. He was a key founder of Paramount Pictures with Adolph Zukor and William Wadsworth Hodkinson, and father of screenwriter Jesse L. Lasky Jr.
