Partly-printed DS as president, 19.5 x 14.25, November 3, 1866. President Johnson appoints James R. O. Beirne an “Register Of Wills for the District of Columbia.” Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Johnson, and countersigned by O. H. Browning.
