Signed royality contract by Hank Williams Sr., one of the most influential country musicians of all time, both as a singer and as a composer. DS, two pages both sides, 8.5 x 11, November 3, 1947. Standard uniform popular songwriters contract between Milene Music and famed songwriter Fred Rose. Williams and Rose sell their compositions entitled If I Didn't Love You for an advance of $1.00 and a royalty of $.03 per copy, all of which will be divided evenly between Williams and Rose. Signed on the reverse of the second page in Black ink, "Hank Williams" as a writer, as well as by Rose.
