Great Garbo Unable to make any Dates. TLS signed “G. G.,” one page, 5.5 x 7.5, june 7,1969. Garbo declines an invitation from a Mr. Thaxter in part: Sorry I have to dissapoint you. I am not going into any long explanations about myself....it is impossible for me to make any date right now. I hope some time in the future. Garbo is famous for being very private and she is a very tough to have anything signed by this notorious recluse.
