Partially printed, with engraved vignette at the head of the document and the gold seal of Ohio affixed at the lower left corner. December 26, 1893. Governor McKinley appoints S. R. W. McFarland as notary public of Washington County. Some fold lines and slight toning below seal else Fine condition.
