Original wheat cloth, in card slipcase fir condition one side detached, without glassine. 9 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches (24 x 16 cm); xvi, 559 pp., illustrated throughout. Some losses to slipcase, light offset on signed leaf, foot of spine very lightly rubbed.
