Jimmy Carter. Free frank "Jimmy Carter" as ex-President on cover with typed "Official Business" and typed address to Brooklyn N.Y., red "Dyker Heights Sta. USPO Brooklyn N.Y. Oct. 2, 1993" double-circle date stamp, cover with scuff at left well away from frank and markings, otherwise Very Fine, a rare autograph free frank of this living president.
Interesting to note that Carter never had the Franking privilege and in so signing was actually breaking the law!
