Isaac Charles Parker (October 15, 1838 – November 17, 1896) served as a U.S. District Judge, presiding over the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas for 21 years. He served in this capacity during the western expansion of the United States—one of the most dangerous eras for U.S. law enforcement. He is remembered today as the legitimate "Hanging Judge" of the American Old West. Rare early Legal document written and signed as an attorney in Missouri in 1865. The document is reference to being open on a Sunday for the sale of goods which was against the county statue in Missouri.
