Second Helping album signed on the front cover in blue ballpoint, “Ronnie,” “Gary Rossington,” “Billy Powell,” and “Leon Wilkeson, Go ahead son”; in green felt tip, “Al Kooper”; signed on the back cover in blue ballpoint, “Allen Collins”; and signed later on the front cover in black felt tip, “J. J. Cale 1988” Matted and framed with a small plaque to an overall size of 28 x 15.5. Light contrast to several signatures on the front cover, a clipped corner tip to back cover, and some light wear along spine, otherwise fine condition. This was the band’s sophomore album which they released in 1974 and contained their breakthrough hit ‘Sweet Home Alabama,’ and would eventually go multi-platinum. Such early band-signed albums are incredibly scarce.
