This Baton came from a collector who had a love for music and the great conductors. He acquired a number of Batons from the conductors and asked them to sign each. This Baton is also accompanied with a signed photo of Ormandy. A rare offering to actually have a baton that was used by the great conductor, in which he made incredible music. Also includes a 1975-76 Philadelphia Orchestra brochure with Ormandy and Rubenstein together as well as the Verdi Requiem program for the Philadelphia orchestra dated May 12, 1985, conducted by Riccardo Muti, in memoriam of Eugene Ormandy 1899-1985.
