38th President of the U.S. DS. 15 x 10. This is a “red line” copy of H.R.13264 relating to the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, 1930 as on file at the National Archives. (Laws filed there are engrossed on heavy paper stock with a red line around the text and signatures.) This one bears printed signatures of the president, the Speaker of the House, and the Acting President Pro Tempore of the Senate. Below his printed signature, President Ford has personally signed for a collector. Unusual item
