Rare autograph message all in FDR's hand in pencil and marked by him as "Restricted" at top. Message to be radioed to Secretary of the Treasury Henry Morganthau while FDR was aboard the famous cruiser USS Houston. FDR says, " ... cannot possibly go until my return please hold everything." Signed "Roosevelt. "
