DS, signed “Thos. A. Edison,” one page both sides, 8.5 x 11, May 18th, 1926. Minutes from a meeting of the board of directors of the Edison Storage Battery Company. In part: “The meeting was called to order and presided over by Harry Miller, since the chairman of the board was not available. This meeting was called to give the approval of the purchase of 22,000 lbs of lithium hydrate for the manufacture of batteries. Signed at the conclusion by Thomas Edison, Charles Edison, and seven other company officials. In fine condition, with mild overall toning and mounting remnants to left border.
