Signatures include Jim Baker (Secretary of State), Dick Cheney (Secretary of Defense), Brent Scowcroft (National Security Advisor), Dan Quayle (Vice President), John H. Sununu (Chief of Staff), Roger Porter (Assistant to the President for Economic and Domestic Policy), Dick Thornburgh (Attorney General), Dick Darman (Director, Office of Management and Budget), and William H. Webster (Director of Central Intelligence).
The piece is accompanied by a signed statement from original collector Shawn Thomas, confirming the autographs were obtained in person at the event, and noting that the enclosed pen was used by President Bush in signing the program.
