Standard uniform popular songwriters contract between Milene Music and famed songwriter Fred Rose. Williams and Rose sell their compositions entitled If I Didn't Love You for an advance of $1.00 and a royalty of $.03 per copy, all of which will be divided evenly between Williams and Rose. Signed on the reverse of the second page in Black ink, "Hank Williams" as a writer, as well as by Rose.
