Signed by Abraham Lincoln (1809-1865) as President (1861-1865), and Simon Cameron (1799-1889), as Secretary of War. Matted and framed, 19 3/4" x 16".Some of ink has faded a few shades, Lincoln signature in fine condition clearly seen.
