Rare requisition order form for forage for horses in the service for the United States at Fort Dade Florida E. F. with Tennessee Volunteers and corn dated April 17th, 1838, and were kept by lieutenant Morgan during the second Seminole Wars. It is rare to find documents related to Fort Dade during this period. The form is for 30 horses and is signed by William Gipson.
