Photograph dated and Signed, bust portrait, showing him wearing pin-stripe suit and checkered tie in 3/4-view. Inscribed in the image, upper right corner. 9 1/2x7 1/2 inches; moderate fading to signature and text, mounted to larger board, some scattered abrasions, cracking at upper left corner, Pasadena, 1931.For three terms between 1930 and 1931, Einstein conducted research as a Visiting Scientist at the California Institute of Technology. Fantastic image of this brilliant scientist.
