The Beatles (aka The White Album) Mono LP (UK - Apple 7067/7078, 1968). This UK-released copy is the original "top-loader" version, not the more common album version with the record opening on the side. This was a design unique to the UK release, but only for the original issues. Later issues open at the side, just as do the US versions. Comes with both records and one of the original black insert sleeves, instead of the standard white sleeve. Our offering is numbered 0053984. does have some slight condition problems, slight toning and small 1 inch tear near top loading area. Opinions among fans and critics vary widely on this two-disc album, but the fact is it's one of the best-selling albums of all time.
