Gorgeous black and white matte finish Stax 13x9 photograph signed and personalized "To Bob" in black fountain pen. The photo exhibits scattered handling wear including some paper loss at the top border which could be matted out.
Actress who appeared in numerous Hal Roach and Charley Chase comedic films between 1926-1935, starring with such comedic legends as Buster Keaton, the Marx Brothers, Laurel and Hardy, and Jimmy Durante. She died tragically at the age of 29 when she was found inside her car at her business partner and lover's ex-wife's house as the result of carbon monoxide poisoning. A probe into her death found that foul play was unlikely and her death was ruled accidental.
