Supported compromise policy in slavery issue, signed Fugitive Slave Law, thus alienating abolitionist support. Fillmore signs as Comptroller of the state of New York on this Railroad Bond. a few small cancellation holes affecting his signature. Many coupons below and in Excellent Condition!
