I have given the order to the Duc de (XXX), my aide-de-camp, to leave today for Anvers for the formation of the First Corps; and retake command and oversee the conservation of (XXX), Flushing, Villenstadt, (XXX), lle de Gossé, the Citadelle du Bois (XXX) and the posts all the way to Grave. Give the necessary orders in order that the commanders of the 14th, 15th, and 16th military divisions may offer all their efforts to help him in his mission.
