A fine LS from Longfellow, thanking the gentleman for the parody which was amusing and that in reference to Longfellow's recently published collection of Poems in the book the Waif, that Longellow "is obliged for your correction of a misprint in the waif. Your reading strikes me as likely to be the correct one".
