Henry Deringer is exceedingly rare only few know examples and this one of the only documents that we are aware of signed twice! 

Very Rare, Henry Deringer Jr. Partly-printed vellum Document Signed, twice, indenture between "Henry Derringer [sic] of the County of Philadelphia Gun and Rifle Manufacturer" and Edward Ingersoll and wife, in which the latter transfers to Deringer a plot of land on the East side of Front Street in Philadelphia, for fifty silver milled dollars .....in half yearly payments. On the verso is written a manuscript indenture, transferring the same land back to the Ingersolls on April 1, 1824. 16 1/2x22 inches, scalloped upper edge; folds, minor scattered soiling, few tiny holes at folds lower left. Philadelphia, 22 March 1820.In fine condition. One of only a few known examples of Deringers signature.
