This is unusual program for the Apollo 8, May 5, 1969 First day of issue stamp ceremony. The folded program is signed by the then Member of Congress and future president George H.W. Bush, Astronaut from the Apollo 8, Frank Bowman, the Postmaster General Winton. M. Blount and the Houston postmaster Granville W. Elder.
Signed in ink by each. In very fine condition with original ticket for event.
