The letter is signed by Ayn Rand on the second page and her former agent, Sidney Sadenstein and dated July 13, 1938, the two-page letter is regarding the terms of the sale of Rand's play, "Night of January 16th" to R.K.O. pictures for the movie rights of her play. The letter is framed with black and white photograph of Rand and embossed Pach Bros., framed - h:16 w:29 in. The letter is a copy letter which is hand-signed by both Rand and her agent and was originally sold by Kenneth Rendell Galleries and had their original description on the back of frame.
